SATURDAY, JULY 13
- 8:00 – 9:30 Race office opens and distribution of race packs for Aquathlon LedroKids Hardskin
- 8:30 Expo Area Opens
- 9:00 – 10:00 Aquathlon LedroKids Hardskin transition area opens
- 10:00 – 10:20 Briefing and course trial
- 10:30 Aquathlon LedroKids Hardskin race starts
Heats start every 15 minutes, dependent on the previous heat's finish - 13:00 Aquathlon LedroKids Hardskin awards ceremony

- 16:30 Awards
- 17:00 Race office opens and distribution of race packs for LedroMan Hardskin
- 17:30 Speech by Guests Alessandro Fabian and Niklas Quetri
- 18:30 Beer party and live music
- 19:00 Race office closes
SUNDAY, JULY 14
- 8:00 - 13:00 Race office opens and distribution of race packs
- 11:00 Transition area opens
- 13:30 Transition area closes
- 13:45 Athlete check-in
- 14:00 Start box opens
- 14:15 Race start as per Fitri regulations for this date
- 15:20 Expected arrival of first LedroMan Hardskin athlete
- 15:45 T2 transition area closes. For public order reasons, any athlete not through T2 by 15:45 will be stopped
- 16:15 Expected arrival of last athlete
- 17:00 Awards and meal at participating venues for all athletes
Any changes to the detailed program will be announced at the secretariat office.
Hardskin Battle Arena
All teams will gather at the starting grid at 3:00 PM, ready for a BATTLE: competing to determine the two absolute winners
- 200 m SWIM
- 2 km VIRTUAL BIKE in collaboration with Wahoo
- 600 m RUN
where athletes will challenge each other in a circuit challenge.
