RACE PACK PICKUP

Saturday 8 July 2023: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday July 2023: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
at the hall above the little bar between Hotel Lido and Restaurant Franco and Adriana.

CHANGEOVER AREA OPENING

From 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

When entering the transition area, show up with your bike and helmet fastened on your head.
Enter the transition area in the southern corner and exit further north near the finish line (see map).

BREFING

START

The start will be given at 2.15 pm.
2.15 pm women
2.17 over 50s
2.25 pm elite + foreigners
2.27 pm age - 1st group
2.29 pm age - 2nd group

All strictly in rank order.

TIME LIMIT TO EXIT FROM THE WATER AT 2.51 pm

BIKE ROUTE

Once out of the transition area, always keep to the right and walk 2 laps around Lake Ledro. Pay particular attention to the descent: short, but very steep. 2 laps of 10km each.

TIME LIMIT TO START THE SECOND BIKE RIDE AT 3.15 pm

RUN PATH

Exit from the changeover area in the south corner and follow the path along the state road to Mezzolago and back from the cycle path next to the lake.
Single 5km tour.

TIME LIMIT TO EXIT FROM T2 AT 3.45 pm

ARRIVAL

You will hand over the chip in the proper baskets and you will receive a bag containing fresh fruit and a bottle of water.
It will be possible to consume the contents of the bag only after exiting the fenced area next to the arrival area in a quiet place without crowding.

It will be mandatory to mark the bib number on your opposite leg and arm as required by the regulation.
